Job Title: Clinical Success Associate - Remote

Job Overview

We are in search of a dedicated Clinical Success Associate to become an integral part of our dynamic team. This fully remote role is pivotal in managing customer accounts to promote technology adoption, improve outcomes, and encourage renewals and advocacy across our diverse portfolio. Your analytical abilities will be instrumental in enabling customer success through continuous data evaluation. If you possess strong emotional intelligence and excel in a fast-paced, technology-centered environment, this position provides a remarkable opportunity to influence senior care and healthcare effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Weekly Huddles: Organize and lead weekly discussions focused on opt-in strategies, user account creation, and fall event reviews, while providing essential technical support for our platform.
  • Engage Customers: Address inquiries from customers and their families, effectively managing objections and fostering trust in our technology solutions.
  • Build Community Partnerships: Establish and nurture robust relationships within the community to enhance retention and growth by demonstrating the value of our technology in fall management.
  • Provide Onsite Support: Deliver tailored training and engagement assistance to optimize fall response outcomes, aligning with customer requirements.
  • Develop Training Materials: Create and enhance training resources targeted at customers, assist with troubleshooting, and act as the primary source of customer feedback and suggestions.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work in conjunction with various departments—including AI, engineering, sales, marketing, implementation, billing, and operations—to meet customer needs and fulfill organizational objectives.
  • Advocate for Customers: Serve as the customer’s voice to refine our sales processes and product development, while supporting opportunities for shared publications, media content, and conference presentations.

Required Skills

  • Clinical expertise in falls management, root cause analysis, and intervention strategies.
  • Exceptional active listening and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational capabilities to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Proficiency with technology, including G Suite, Office 365, Zoom, HubSpot, and Slack.
  • High emotional intelligence, adept at navigating fast-paced communications.
  • Ability to multitask across various accounts and platforms while ensuring high accuracy.
  • Capability to remain calm and professional under pressure with competing deadlines.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a collaborative team spirit, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the account lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • An Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
  • Current licensure as an LVN, OTA, or PTA is mandatory.
  • Prior experience as a Customer Success Associate or in a comparable role within a healthcare environment, ideally in a healthcare SaaS startup.
  • Knowledge of senior care environments and effective communication with various departments and leadership.
  • A demonstrated passion for our mission and technology.
