Your role at MediaLab

We are looking for an experienced and talented UI/UX Designer to join one of our properties and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to transform our vision into a compelling product that delights users.

What You'll Do

Lead the end-to-end product design process, from concept to launch, for mobile and web platforms

Collaborate closely with users, engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create innovative solutions

Create consistent and adaptable designs for multiple platforms

Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions

Analyze user behavior using quantitative tools like Mixpanel and qualitative methods such as user interviews and surveys

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to test and communicate design concepts

Present designs and ideas to stakeholders

Partner with product,data, and engineering teams to design and analyze A/B tests for continuous improvement

Prototype interactive mobile and/or web experiences

What We're Looking For

Strong product design skills with a focus on user-centered design methodologies

Experience working in an agile project environment with distributed teams

Ability to think at a high level about product strategy

Experience designing and solving for mobile application

Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, CSS and/or other design tools

Proficiency in mixpanel, google analytics, looker,and/or other user analytics tools

English proficiency
