UX/UI Designer 

Job Description 

The UX/UI Designer is responsible for creating user-centered designs that enhance the overall user experience across a range of platforms, including mobile and web applications. This role requires close collaboration with software developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver intuitive and scalable design solutions that align with the business goals and user needs. 

What You’ll Do 

• Design user-centered experiences for enterprise-level products across web and mobile platforms. 

• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to align product goals and user needs, acting as the UX subject matter expert. 

• Develop and maintain a template library for consistency in design assets. 

• Create and iterate on user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas. 

• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance user experience. 

• Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively. 

• Work with developers to ensure designs are implemented to specification and monitor design performance with data-driven insights (conversion rates, heat maps). 

• Manage multiple projects, accurately estimating timelines for on-time delivery. 

Desired Experience/Skillset 

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design for enterprise-level products. 

• Proficient in design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision. 

• Experience with graphic design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator. 

• Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive designs. 

• Strong understanding of design fundamentals (typography, color, layout). 

• Experience with usability testing and version control tools. 

• Excellent communication skills to present design ideas effectively. 

• Strong time management and ability to manage multiple projects. 

• Familiarity with flow tools (Lucidchart, Miro) and version control (Zeplin, Abstract). 

• Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design techniques. 

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools. 

• Previous consulting experience is highly desirable. 

• Industry experience in Retail, Fintech, or similar sectors is a big plus 

• Proficiency in English (B1+ or above) for team collaboration.
