This is a remote position for Costa Rica, Colombia and Pakistan. 
This position is Remote to work with a US Company, you will require to have Citizenship or work permit from Costa Rica or Colombia to apply for this role

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, design, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC).
• Architect, build, and maintain RESTful APIs with focus on scalability and reliability.
• Work with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.) to design, deploy, and optimize cloud-based applications.
• Integrate XML-based data solutions into existing systems and design efficient parsing techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Utilize version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.
• Ensure code quality and participate in code reviews, focusing on performance optimization and clean architecture.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software systems, continuously improving functionality.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in Java development and AWS ecosystem.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Java Developer, with a strong background in Spring-based technologies (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, particularly in building and maintaining scalable cloud applications.
• Strong understanding of API design and development, including experience working with RESTful services.
• Experience with XML processing and integration in Java applications.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
