About this role
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about using data-driven strategies to drive significant growth and enhance user acquisition. Responsibilities:

Own and optimize growth metrics, delivering impactful initiatives that align with our product-led growth strategy

Own the implementation of our paid marketing strategies., actively launching and testing new channels to optimize user acquisition efforts and drive user growth.

Manage, optimize & maximize the company's ROI across channels

Collaborate with our design team to craft high performing ads and landing pages

Optimize user acquisition funnels through data-driven user needs analysis and A/B testing.

Implement and analyze experiments across the user journey to enhance product usage and customer behavior

Monitor and report on key performance indicators, understanding how channels in user acquisition affect conversion rates, activation and retention

Proactively suggest and test new opportunities for growth - new channels, messaging, audiences, etc. It goes without saying, but you must be comfortable with setting up experiments, A/B tests, etc.

Monitor performance metrics and budget tracking while ensuring findings are shared and coordinated into the team's workflow

Working closely with marketing analytics, you will use historical data, industry benchmarks, and past experience to develop models and provide performance projections to key collaborators

This might be for you if...

At least 3 years strong tactical executional experience with all paid media channels, with particular focus on Google and Facebook.

Proven track record and comprehension of performance metrics including ROI, on-site conversions, cost and click performance, impressions/total reach, website traffic, etc.

Strong understanding of the mobile app ecosystem

Being data-savvy, with a good grasp of both web and mobile user behavior and analytics, and able to implement campaigns based on performance data in a user-friendly manner.

Experience with our marketing tech stack: Mixpanel, Segment, Webflow, Adjust

Knowledge of A/B testing and reporting

Ability to work autonomously with strong organizational and collaborative skills

An interest in environments that require a lot of context switching and managing multiple priorities
