As our Head of Marketing, you are responsible for the marketing and communication activities across our target audiences and European markets. In this role, you will drive the development, implementation and management of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation and overall demand & revenue growth. We are looking for a hands on, dynamic leader who is excited to solidify our go to market strategy, confirm our product market fit and guide our marketing team.Â
Your responsibilities
GTM Strategy: Develop and execute the strategy aligned with Tree.lyâs business objectives and in collaboration with our Head of Sales.Â
Marketing: Lead and implement marketing initiatives hands on, including content creation, campaigns, sales enablement, and the use of both offline and online channels to reach our target audiences through inbound and outbound marketing.
Team leadership: Guide & inspire our marketing experts, using agile methodologies like Scrum to ensure collaboration, fast iteration, and timely execution of initiatives.
Measurement & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor marketing performance, analyze campaign data, and provide regular reports to the leadership team and investors.
Budget: Define and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.Â
Market intelligence: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to fuel business decisions and GTM optimization across the commercial teams, product and engineering teams
Automation and experimentation: Explore marketing automation tools to optimise marketing efforts to enhance demand generation. Leverage creativity and data to experiment with new marketing tactics, channels, and campaigns that drive business growth in both target markets.
Your profile
7â10 years of proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally within a startup or fast-growing company, and comfortable working in a hands-on, dynamic environment.
3+ years of leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
Knowledge of, or a keen interest in, the carbon credit market and sustainability sector.
Familiarity with B2B tools like HubSpot, Apollo, and Lemlist is preferred.
Familiarity with content creation (Figma, inDesign) and CMS tooling preferred.
Required: Preferably based in Berlin, or elsewhere in Germany.
Required: Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).
