We are looking for an Enterprise Solutions Engineering Manager (m/f/d) in our locations in Poland, Netherlands or Germany.

Responsibilities:
  • To connect complex scientific/business problems with SciY-based technical solutions mainly as a presales activity supporting the Enterprise sales Manager(s).
  • To organize the presale demonstration on request by the enterprise sales manager using the resources of the different stakeholder of the SciY companies (busdev, scientific experts and developers)
  • To coordinate the answer to RFI and RFP from a technical standpoint activating all the key/necessary stakeholders as well as managing the response-time
  • To coordinate the RFI/RFP demonstrations, proof of concepts (POCs) and trials.
  • Interact with professional services department to add value to the SOW writing, helping anticipating risk of scope creeping
  • To scientifically and technically support enterprise sales manager during the leads development processes.
  • To represent the company at conferences, exhibitions and other events in which the company meets customer representatives and aims to develop sales opportunities.
  • To maintain and enrich SciY’s CRM, recording interactions, requests and opportunity progress and next steps with during presales technical activities
  • To work with the marketing team to develop marketing plans, marketing materials and campaigns, to maximize lead generation for the SciY joint product offering.
  • To continuously provide feedback to the Marketing organization to optimize marketing messaging, materials and campaigns.
  • To continuously engage with customers post-sale, to manage SciY’s relationships with its existing customers and to ensure customer success by supporting the deployment, implementation and adoption of SciY’s solutions.
  • To continuously work with customers to identify additional needs that may be covered by SciY, and to identify opportunities to improve SciY products, on the basis of these needs, to continuously improve Product-Market fit and commercial traction for SciY solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Doctorate or professional  degrees or equivalent experience in a IT/IS related to life Science or chemistry/biotechnology solutions architect/engineer role and life-science or chemistry/biotechnology-related informatics (IT/IS) solutions architect/engineer role
  • At least 5 years experience in presales support and/or solution architecture related to enterprise software sales
  • Fluent in English, other language like German will be a plus
