Job description

Finance Controller (100%)

Your tasks

Support the finance team in periodic financial statements (control of sales, costs, margins; reconciliations; accruals and deferrals; management of assets and inventory valuations, etc.)

Main responsibility for Group reporting to the USA

Sparring partner of the Finance Manager

Creation of regular and ad-hoc reports from the BI reporting tool (at product, customer, supplier and territory level, corporate requirements) and Navision ERP

Local and group analysis

Collaboration in budget and forecast preparation (preparation of tools, conducting budget meetings, uploading data to Navision and Oracle, etc.)

Collaboration in the area of cash management

Ensuring the interface between our ERP system and the Group ERP system

Collaboration on various projects

Further development of the reporting and controlling tool

Your qualifications

Higher education in business administration (university) with a focus on finance & accounting/controlling

3-5 years of professional experience in a similar position

Very good written and spoken German and English skills

Analytical skills, flair for numbers, high sense of responsibility, team player

Open to taking on new tasks/challenges

Resilient, motivated, hands-on mentality, adaptable, flexible

Knowledge of Navision an advantage

Deine Aufgaben

Unterstützung des Finanzteams in periodischen Abschlüssen (Kontrolle der Umsätze, Kosten, Margen; Abstimmungen; Abgrenzungen; Management von Anlagen und Lagerbewertungen etc.)

Hauptverantwortlicher für Konzern Reporting an die USA

Sparring Partner des Finance Managers

Erstellung regelmässiger und ad-hoc Reports aus dem BI-Reporting Tool (auf Produkt-, Kunden-, Lieferanten- und Gebietsebene, Corporate Anforderungen) und Navision ERP

Lokale und Konzern Analyse

Mitarbeit bei Budget- und Forecast-erstellung (Vorbereitung der Tools, Durchführung der Budgetgespräche, Upload der Daten in Navision und Oracle etc.)

Mitarbeit im Bereich Cash-Management

Sicherstellung der Schnittstelle zwischen unserem ERP-System und Konzern-ERP System

Mitarbeit an diversen Projekten

Weiterentwicklung der Reporting- und Controlling Tools.

Deine Qualifikationen

Höhere betriebswirtschaftliche Aus-/Weiterbildung (FH, Uni) mit Schwerpunkt Finanz- & Rechnungswesen/Controlling

3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Position

Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Analytische Fähigkeiten, Zahlenflair, Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Team Player

Offen für die Übernahme von neuen Aufgaben/Herausforderungen

Belastbar, motiviert, Hands-on Mentalität, anpassungsfähig, flexibel

Kenntnisse von Navision von Vorteil
