Job description

We're on the mission to change the future of banking by Making Life Easy for people across more and more countries. To take our service in the UK to the next level, we're searching for a dynamic Finance and Operations Manager. In this role, you'll ensure our UK users' funds are safeguarded while keeping bunq's operations running smoothly and efficiently. You'll be the driving force behind our UK team's financial planning and operations, making sure we deliver exceptional service without missing a beat.

Take ownership


As our Finance and Operations Manager for the UK, you'll be the key person connecting projects between our HQ team and UK partners, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You’ll also oversee outsourcing contracts, including IT services with bunq BV.

  • Improve, optimize, and automate processes to enhance user support.
  • Track team performance using OKRs and KPIs to ensure we stay on budget.
  • Plan operational workforce to ensure there are enough Superguides available to assist users.
