Your Role: As our Social Media Marketing Manager & Administrative Coordinator, you'll steer our digital presence while assisting the founder with administrative tasks. 🚀

🔹 Responsibilities
🎥 Social Media Management

  • Create, schedule, and post engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter 📱
  • Edit and produce videos to match our high standards 🖥️
  • Monitor and engage with our community, boosting interaction 💬
  • Analyze metrics to refine strategies 📊
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in social media 🌐
  • Collaborate with the founder to align social media efforts with business goals 🤝

🗂️ Administrative Support

  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations 📄
  • Make necessary updates on our website via Wix 🌐
  • Assist with day-to-day tasks like data entry, filing, and managing records 📅
  • Help organize virtual meetings and webinars 💻
  • Provide support with scheduling, correspondence, and calendar management 📧

💡 What You Bring:

  • 1-2 years of experience in social media management, video editing, and administrative support 📸
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Media Marketing, Web Design, Business Admin, or a related field (preferred) 🎓
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools 📈
