Job Overview

Join our dedicated team as a full-time School Psychologist for the 2024-25 academic year and play a pivotal role in enhancing the mental health and academic performance of students. This remote position offers the opportunity to be part of a progressive educational community committed to making a significant impact in students’ lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of referred students and provide insightful recommendations for tailored educational programs.
  • Collaborate effectively in Multi-Disciplinary Team and Child Study Team meetings to devise impactful plans addressing individual student needs.
  • Actively participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) and other strategic planning meetings to support student development.
  • Deliver both group and individual therapy sessions aimed at nurturing students’ emotional and psychological well-being.

Required Skills

  • Strong assessment and evaluation capabilities.
  • Proficiency in collaborative planning with educators and staff.
  • Experience in providing both group and individual therapeutic interventions.
  • Knowledge of effective strategies for student development and support.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in School Psychology.
  • Valid licensure as a School Psychologist in Georgia is mandatory.
