Job description

This is a remote position.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00AM-6:00PM UK Time with 1-hour unpaid break

Role Overview:

We seek exceptional sales professionals to lead and enhance our sales efforts for our executive programs. Candidates must have a proven track record of driving revenue and closing deals independently. As a full-time Sales Manager or High Sales Revenue Performer, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing a high-performing sales team, and cultivating strong relationships with C-suite executives and decision-makers. Your contributions will be vital in expanding our client base and boosting revenue.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve growth targets and increase revenue.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure peak performance and achievement of sales goals.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by engaging with C-level executives and decision-makers.

  • Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales strategies and promotional efforts.

  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and report key metrics to leadership.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage.


Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or high-performing sales professional with a strong revenue generation background.

  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, particularly in personal sales revenue.

  • Ability to sell and close deals independently.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proven ability to build relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

  • Proficient in analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer needs.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.

  • Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
