Responsibilities

• Reconcile financial records across multiple business entities
  
• Generate monthly Profit and Loss statements and Balance Sheets
  
• Manage and optimize QuickBooks data for improved financial tracking
  
• Assist with ADP payroll processing and reporting
  
• Develop and implement efficient financial management processes
  
• Provide insightful financial analysis to support business growth
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address diverse financial needs
  
• Adapt to new software systems and financial tools as needed
  

Requirements

• Proven expertise in QuickBooks and financial reconciliation
  
• Experience with ADP payroll system preferred
  
• Sharp analytical skills with a keen eye for financial details
  
• Ability to juggle multiple accounts and priorities effectively
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn new financial systems
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
