The Talent Attraction – Executive Hire team are responsible for sourcing external executive talent, delivering on external search mandates and facilitating internal talent mobility. The role is a combination of internal stakeholder partnership and external engagement to find the best talent in Australia.

The below opportunity is for an initial 12-month maximum term contract. The position is open to all metropolitan cities. 

Your Opportunity

Forming part of the Executive Hire team this position will play a key role in Talent Attraction by

  • Owning end to end executive search and recruitment process and internal Partner relationships. Finding talent across a range of disciplines.
  • Being an expert in your portfolio space, analysing, monitoring and providing market insights to various stakeholder groups.
  • Delivering and executing on a variety of recruitment sourcing strategies with a focus on pro-active recruitment.
  • Utilising progressive methods of attracting talent including direct head hunting and marketing.
  • Providing a consultative approach to stakeholders, managing recruitment pipelines, reporting and strategic sourcing strategies.
  • Supporting Talent Attraction project initiatives at a divisional and firmwide level.

  • Previous background in executive search or agency recruitment, in-house or project management is advantageous.
  • Ability to demonstrate clear workflow for sourcing strategies for recruitment.
  • Strong capability managing end to end recruitment – sourcing, screening, negotiating and hiring.
  • Demonstrates ability to influence and manage a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt and learn new skills such as project management and artificial intelligence.
