Role Description
This is an exciting opportunity for you to join Airswift’s Central Marketing Team as our Content Marketing Coordinator. You will play an integral role in shaping our brand identity and managing all inbound marketing strategies for the technology sector. 

Principle Accountabilities
  • Build our brand identity by creating relevant, engaging content focused on the global technology industry, including emerging trends like AI, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing and IoT. 
  • Oversee and execute inbound marketing strategies to grow our online presence, attract the right audience and position Airswift as a thought leader in the tech recruitment and workforce solutions sector. 
  • Develop and manage content for blogs, white papers, e-mail campaigns, and social media, ensuring it aligns with SEO best practices to drive organic traffic. 
  • Identify customers’ needs and recommend new content to address gaps in the current content plan. 
  • Utilize data analytics tools to consistently optimize and increase the engagement with the content.  
  • Exercises professional judgment in executing duties, maintaining a high level of professionalism and expertise in verbal, written and interpersonal skills.  

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
  • You have a minimum of three (3) years of work experience, including two (2) years in a relevant content writing/copywriting role. 
  • You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent university level degree, preferably in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field. 
  • You have previous experience of the technology industry either as a writer or in a technical capacity. 
  • You have strong interest in the technology sector, including emerging trends in areas such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Blockchain, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, and Internet of Things (IoT). Familiarity with how these technologies impact industries like energy, infrastructure, and recruitment is a plus. 
  • You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design software and enjoy creating captivating visuals for all relevant content assets. 
  •  You are passionate about creating engaging content and possess excellent English writing and editing skills (Even better if you can show us a portfolio of your past and recent work!)  
  •  You have experience working with CMS platforms like HubSpot, WordPress or Webflow. 
  • You are self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.  
  • You can prioritize managing multiple tasks concurrently and can meet time-sensitive deadlines during peak business periods.
