Minimum 3.5 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an advertising or creative agency environment. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative design work, including advertising campaigns. Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.

Core responsibilities:

Creative Design: Develop visually compelling designs for various advertising mediums, including print, digital, social media, and out-of-home (OOH) campaigns. Brand Identity: Maintain and evolve brand identity across all creative assets, ensuring consistency and alignment with client guidelines and brand voice. Concept Development: Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative concepts for advertising campaigns, including logos, layouts, and promotional materials. Visual Storytelling: Craft engaging visual narratives that effectively communicate key messages and enhance the impact of advertising campaigns. Client Collaboration: Work closely with account managers and clients to understand project requirements, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback. Production Preparation: Prepare final artwork for print and digital production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to technical specifications. Trend Awareness: Stay current with design trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies to continually bring fresh ideas and creative approaches to projects.
