Job description

Notes before application:

 This is a project-based role
 Hourly rate is between US $10 - $15
 The role is available in the Philippines

Objective: To streamline operations and improve financial performance by integrating
and analyzing data across our various operational platforms

Data Analysis & Reporting: We need a skilled analyst to:
Create a centralized reporting system drawing data from all platforms (payroll, GPS, Limo Anywhere).
Develop automated reports to identify discrepancies and trends, allowing for effective payroll management, driver activity tracking, and operational optimization.
Create a user-friendly platform for analyzing and visualizing operational data, providing clear insights for informed decision-making.

Platforms:
Payroll: Currently manual, transitioning to Stratus Time.
GPS: Verizon and Samsara.
Limo Scheduling: Limo Anywhere.
Reporting: Initially using Google Sheets, open to exploring API-based solutions like Zapier for seamless integration.

Expected Outcomes:
1. Increased data accuracy, reducing errors and inconsistencies.
2. Reduced manual effort, freeing up staff time for more strategic tasks.
