GRADE 7

We are seeking a Network Design, Enterprise Footprint Implementation Team to Lead large-scale and complex analysis and executing initiatives, including acquisitions, divestitures, and other Network Design/Footprint Execution activities on a Global basis.

  • Lead cross-functional teams, managing and executing Program/Projects from start to finish. Being involved and contributing in all phases of it including originating ideas, due diligence coordination, valuation, structuring, negotiation and closing the transaction and, if applicable, will be involved in post-deal execution.
  • Engage with corporate functions like Corp. Development, Treasury, Legal and Tax to determine appropriate valuation and transaction structure by understanding complex financial models including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
  • Perform strategic and quantitative analysis, driving the business case and financial modelling from idea to Board approval.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on Program objectives and progress, communicating effectively with sponsors, project teams and other stakeholders to drive programmed success
  • Partner with legal counsel reviewing and negotiating transaction documents.
  • Develop junior team members with best in class coaching and mentoring on a formal and informal basis. 

Basic Qualifications

  • '10+ years’ experience in Supply Chain across different functions
  • Meaningful M&A and/or Divestiture transaction experience including hands-on experience in prospecting opportunities, deal structuring, managing due diligence, and negotiating transaction terms. 
  • Highly operational, able to dive into the details required to structure the best commercial arrangements.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities to motivate and guide cross-functional teams with an ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment towards common goals. 
  • Strong process and problem-solving skills to organize complex challenges and implement governance and structure to enable progress.
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive and effective interactions and working relationships at all levels, including senior management and global partners, both verbally and in writing.
  • The flexibility and resiliency to work well under pressure, maintain confidentiality, and quickly adapt to rapidly changing needs and priorities.

Full-Time: Total rewards at Kimberly-Clark includes pay and a full package of benefits that can be tailored to individual needs. The anticipated pay range for this job has a range of $158,000 -$195,000 in addition to bonus potential. Individual pay levels will be based on multiple factors including, but are not limited to, location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
