We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team in the food manufacturing industry. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Producing and delivering high-quality, structured, fully tested solutions on time, and following business requirements and IT standards.
• Understanding system functionality and communicating system capabilities to the business.
• Collaborating with the business to create detailed use cases, process flows, prototyping, and test cases and scenarios to implement quality solutions.
• Managing, creating, and executing test cases and scenarios.
• Analyzes the feasibility of the requirements for a new custom-built system in a cost vs value; ensures the system design fits the needs of the business.
• Acts as a liaison between business end-users and IT development teams.  Ensures end-user training and assists with troubleshooting issues.
• Consultant on analysis, design, configuration, testing, and maintenance to ensure optimal operational performance.
• Assist the project team in defining project scope, goals, approach, and deliverables supporting the business objectives in an agile fashion.
• Work with designers and developers to address product defects and enhancements to their solutions Strategic
• Ensures focus is on the highest value and speed of delivery of functionality to enable the business to leverage and create collaboration to prioritize effectively.
• Initiate, lead, and implement opportunities to improve business processes and systems. 

• Previous 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst working on information technology projects. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Fluent in English (written and spoken). 
• Proficiency in requirement-gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation. 
• Experience interacting with cross-functional groups to support consensus outcomes/decisions. 
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and software development lifecycle. 
• Knowledge of relevant tools such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA, and Confluence. 
• Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization and an understanding of facilitation techniques.
