About the Role

As a Senior Product Designer at JustAnswer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital experiences of millions of users worldwide. You’ll have the opportunity to dive deep into understanding user needs, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and intuitive solutions, particularly for our AI-driven products. You’ll work on cutting-edge generative AI technologies, helping to build revolutionary tools that leverage the power of AI to create personalized and impactful user experiences. From conceptualization to execution, you’ll lead the charge in crafting pixel-perfect designs that not only meet business objectives but also build revolutionary tools that delight our diverse user base. What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive user experiences.
  • Utilize UX design process for conceptualization and delivery of mocks.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that demonstrate a keen eye for aesthetics, layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Leverage tools like Figma, Figjam, Mouseflow, UserTesting.com, and Power BI.
  • Work collaboratively with product partners in San Francisco, Ukraine, and India to define priorities, plan projects, and design approaches that enable the best experiences and outcomes.
  • Contribute to design system maintenance and evolution.
  • Design for mobile (web and native).
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience as a UX designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful UX solutions and designs.
  • Passion for learning and staying updated on current trends and best practices in web and mobile technology.
  • Expertise in end-to-end UX design process, from understanding user needs to delivering polished designs.
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Figjam, Mouseflow, UserTesting.com, Power BI, Google Analytics, ChatGPT, and Generative AI.     
  • Background in Conversation Design and knowledge of animation tools are highly desirable.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, supporting cross-functional teams and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and build consensus across teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficient in English.
