We're looking for an eager Junior Content Writer to help us reduce support inquiries and improve customer satisfaction through clear and user-friendly content. Our ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented team members with strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.

📍What you'll do (responsibilities)

• Improve our existing articles on Knowledge Base.

• Update and create new articles to reflect recent features.

• Write engaging and clear emails and notifications to inform clients about new features.

• Сollaborate with the product team to understand the value of new features, and convey them clearly to users
