Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking clients with financial inquiries and advisory support
• Provide accurate information regarding financial products and services
• Help clients prepare necessary documentation and understand financial processes

• Collaborate effectively with financial advisors to deliver comprehensive support
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus
• Background in finance, economics, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in customer service or financial advisory support is an advantage
