Are you a visionary leader with a passion for creativity and innovation? Flapen is seeking a Creative Director to spearhead design projects for our Amazon brands across all platforms. In this role, you will shape the brand’s visual identity, lead and mentor a team of designers, ensuring their growth and development, and oversee the creation of exceptional designs that bring our marketing campaigns to life.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and uphold the brand’s identity and standards across all design projects and platforms, ensuring a consistent look and feel.
  • Lead and manage a team of designers, providing creative direction, feedback, support and ensure team growth.
  • Contribute to the development of brand identities, including creating logos, design elements, and typography toolkits.
  • Create and manage internal workflows within the design department to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in our creative approach.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Track and analyze the performance of creative initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with different teams to develop design concepts that align with project goals and objectives, ensuring a cohesive vision.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as Creative Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong background in graphic design and a portfolio of creative work for Amazon Platform.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing creative teams, including designers, copywriters, and other creatives.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to lead successful creative projects, with examples of work that demonstrate creativity, innovation, and strategic thinking
  • Exceptional design skills with experience in a variety of mediums (print, packaging, email, web and mobile), including image editing and manipulation
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
