Our project offers a seamless integration with a variety of Credit Card Acquirers, Payment Service Providers, and Alternative Payment Methods through a unified API. We primarily serve the European, North American, and LATAM markets.

What you’ll be working on:

Monitoring approval ratios (AR) daily across various geographies, payment methods, and business models.
Optimizing payment cascades and payment routing.
Conducting data analysis, uncover insights, and deliver findings for data-driven decision-making.
Investigating and preventing fraud, detecting anomalies.
Setting up and managing merchant accounts.
Collaborating with Development, Sales, and Merchant Support departments to ensure smooth payment operations.
Being updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and optimal performance.
Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

About you:

Previous experience in payment-related industries and familiarity with diverse payment methods and regulations is beneficial.
Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Python/R, and Tableau/QuickSight.
Bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics, business, finance, or a related field.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive results and make data-driven decisions.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with merchants.
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
Adaptable to changing priorities and challenges in a dynamic environment.
English proficiency at least intermediate level.
