Job description

BCBA Territory Growth Specialist- hybrid/remote opportunity

Must be licensed and located in Ohio or Georgia.

We provide center-based and in-home ABA therapy in California, Oregon, Washington, and Tennessee.

We are growing! We are looking for a BCBA in Georgia to foster growth and help jump-start our footprint in Georgia.

Sunrise BCBA Responsibilities: 

  • Providing case management for children on the autism spectrum ages 2-18
  • Provide clinical oversight and implement quality assurance processes for the clinical teams across assigned locations 
  • Data collection utilizing Central Reach
  • Billable hour requirement for part-time BCBAs: 75% of total hours worked (preferred)
  • Complete intake and assessments
  • Parent training
  • Collaboration with a team of clinicians and clinical directors
  • Participation in all mandatory and supervisory meetings 
  • Mentorship for a team of RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs
    • Mentor and supervisor high level supervisors, and support low level supervisors and staff within the region; involvement and lead in escalated issues, with families and staff; review treatment plans for content aligned with Sunrise values; collaborate with other members of clinical leadership for clinical initiatives

Sunrise BCBA Qualifications: 

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and licensed in state of Georgia
  • Understanding of state and commercial plans in Georgia
  • Master’s Degree
  • High emphasis on integrity and ethics 
  • Passion for client success
  • Strong leadership skills
