About the role

As a Manager of Growth, you will take over full ownership of our Paid Search/App channel (Google + Bing) and help test, launch and optimize new channels (Meta, Podcast, etc). You will be responsible for architecting the strategy for each of these channels as well as identifying and coordinating internal and external resources to drive performance. You will work closely together with our in-house designer, organic social manager, and external agencies to source creative, as well as engineering and analytics team members to implement and audit necessary tracking and reporting. You will report directly to our Chief Growth Officer.

What you'll do
  • Manage Kyte’s Paid Search and App campaigns across Google and Bing, driving growth and fleet utilization with an eye for spend efficiency
  • Launch Meta ads, setting up the account for success and working with other team members to acquire and test high-performing creative
  • Launch Podcast program, establishing processes and best practicesImplement a scalable, systematic creative testing program based on consumer insights, competitor benchmarking, channel best practices and outcomes
  • Work with Chief Growth Officer determine appropriate KPIs and targets for each paid channel and continuously optimize spend allocation across channels and campaigns
  • Work with Analytics to implement and audit necessary tracking and reporting
  • Identify and test new, promising channel opportunities as well as vendors and creative sources
  • Identify opportunities for automation to drive efficiency and performance and work with Analytics or Engineering to implement

  • Required
  • Minimum 4+ years of paid channel experience, within high-performing agencies or brands
  • Expert knowledge of Google Ads and ability to grow and optimize the account; 2+ years of experience running Google Ads
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, 2+ years of experience running Meta ads
  • Experience scaling accounts from zero to 6-7 figures monthly while maintaining efficiency
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing concepts and metrics (e.g., lift testing, incrementally, attribution, retention, ROAS, LTV/CAC)
  • Experience working closely with Analytics, Engineering, Creative
  • Experience and ability to work efficiently in spreadsheets and BI platforms

  • Experience with conversion tracking implementation; ability to audit and improve CAPI and other tracking implementation
  • Experience with Segment event setup and management
  • Experience with Mode BI platform
