Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, Five years’ related experience, preferably in healthcare, Experience drafting Health and Welfare Benefit Plan SBCs preferred, Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Knowledge of ACA, DOL regulations.
Key responsabilities:
- Develop and maintain Summary of Benefits and Coverage for new and existing clients
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of SBCs
- Maintain ACA-related calculators and logs for SBC tracking
- Collaborate with Client Services and Compliance teams on client issues
- Identify and implement workflow process improvements
