Job Title: PRN Therapist Supervisor


Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Therapist Supervisor to join our team on a PRN basis. In this role, you will supervise and support new therapists as they work towards obtaining their licenses, ensuring they meet all necessary requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor new therapists throughout their licensing process.
  • Ensure compliance with state requirements for licensing.
  • Provide tailored guidance, support, and constructive feedback to foster professional development.
  • Collaborate with team members to address client needs effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of supervision sessions and progress, submitting necessary documentation to state governing bodies.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field.
  • Obtain and keep appropriate license, recognized by the State, to be permissible to supervise
  • Completed and filed all necessary documents to operate as a supervisor in compliance with state regulations.
  • Active and unrestricted therapist license.
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a therapist.
  • Proven experience in supervising new therapists.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
