  • Key Account Mastery: Take charge as the primary point of contact for critical accounts, navigating the complexities with the same refreshing clarity that Topo Chico brings to its consumers.

  • Cross-Territory Innovation: Actively participate and advocate for cross-functional programming, bridging territories and channels to cultivate a unified and innovative brand strategy that’s as refreshing and bold as our flavors.

Primary Responsibilities / Activities

Planning and Programming:

  • Enhance program effectiveness by identifying opportunities for optimization and ensuring alignment with regional and local market opportunities.

  • Continuously refine program KPIs and SOW, ensuring program success is measurable and aligned with Topo Chico brand and commercial directives.

Route to Market Oversight:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Brand stakeholders, ensuring seamless product availability and timely ordering.

  • Lead alignment and training initiatives to support brand programming, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with key stakeholders.

People Skills:

  • Directly support and manage internal and external, agency-based Brand Developers within territories to ensure effective brand representation and execution.

  • Conduct regular market engagements to identify opportunities and ensure alignment with brand objectives.

Budget Management:

  • Manage and review Program and Team budgets, aligning expenditures with strategic objectives and conducting regular financial reviews with stakeholders.

  • Implement efficient budget management practices, including regular reporting and accountability measures for Brand Developers.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5 years of beverage Sales & Marketing experience; CPG experience preferred.

  • 3+ years of personnel management; Remote Field Team(s) oversight experience preferred.

  • Adept at networking, selling, and interacting with diverse groups of people.

  • Fluency in Spanish preferred.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.

  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with the agency partner as well as internal brand, bottler, sales and field marketing teams.

  • Strong business acumen, including Microsoft Office

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle.

  • Ability to lift and carry weight over 40 lbs.

  • Ability to sit/stand for prolonged periods.

Pay Range:

$81,800 - $100,900

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
