Position Description: 

The Project Administrator is responsible for communicating, updating, and following up on tasks related to implementations for multiple Quick Serve and Fast Casual Restaurant and Retail locations around the world. These projects will include customized hardware and software configurations and will require both internal and external resources in a matrixed environment. The Project Administrator will provide updates and follow up to various internal PAR teams and external customers, subcontractors, vendors, and key executives in order to successfully manage simultaneous projects according to plan, including scope, budget, and schedule.

Position Location: US, Remote

Position Type: Temporary (3-6 months, poetntial to be extended based on business need)

Reports To:  Senior Manager, Deployment Projects

What We’re Looking For:

  • Application of Project Management Office (PMO) methodologies and enforcement of project standards.
  • Organization and maintenance of complete and up-to-date project documents.
  • Strong communication with vendors, exploring alternative solutions based on needs.
  • Clear and effective communication of project information to leadership.
  • Ability to deliver engaging, informative, and well-organized presentations.
  • Skills in communicating difficult or sensitive information tactfully.
  • Comprehensive understanding of order-to-cash processes, customer relationship management, and financial systems.
  • Team player with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies and processes.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning:

  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, including executives, on project progress.
  • Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of projects, ensuring all deliverables are met.
  • Ensure readiness items such as discovery checklists or pre-install needs are complete.
  • Assist franchisees or store locations with any incomplete tasks.
  • Take ownership of follow-through for non-complete or defect-free installations.
  • Assist the Project Manager with schedule updates, risk register maintenance, and action logs.
  • Take meeting notes and ensure effective transfer of project ownership.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and report on post-install metrics.
  • Escalate provisioning issues as necessary and serve as the point of escalation for any project issues.

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is $25/hr USD commensurate with work location, experience, skills, certifications, education, and prior accomplishments.
