Job Description:

Phreesia is seeking a Quality Alliances Senior Associate to support innovative programs growing and expanding our footprint in new markets, with a specific focus on US Government partnerships. We are looking for individuals that have 5+ years of professional work experience with robust project and time management skills, strong communication skills (written and verbal), and an ability to take initiative and manage ambiguity in support of complex, multi-faceted projects.    

This is a fully remote position with priority given to candidates in the EST/CST time zones.

What You’ll Do:   

  • Conduct research, identify, and track new government-funded opportunities that reflect an appropriate product fit for Phreesia to pursue   

  • Think creatively about how Phreesia’s product offerings, including media and patient activation tools, can support customer goals  

  • Develop sales materials and perform phone/email-based outreach to new contacts, and conduct pitches to potential clients  

  • Produce briefs on new opportunities for internal coordination and create written deliverables (e.g., summaries, overviews, etc.) for external consumption  

  • Write project and grant proposals and support sales cycle (internal reviews, revisions, contracting)  

  • Map out project tasks, milestones and deadlines   

  • Manage progress against project activities (including client and internal follow-ups, scheduling, milestone tracking, communication regarding updates, and budget estimate development)  

  • Support coordination with Marketing, Clinical Content, Content Strategy, and other teams to produce thought leadership that can drive new business   

  • Manage personal workload independently and deliver outputs on time and with a high degree of quality  

  • Take initiative to help explore new opportunities and engage relevant Phreesia team members

  • Work with grit to overcome internal and external obstacles and grow new markets for Phreesia  

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s (e.g., MBA, MPH or similar) preferred  

  • 5+ years professional experience in government business, market development, or client relationship management   

  • Knowledge of media and marketing industry a plus   

  • Experience selling new business, coordinating internal teams and resources, and managing complex project work   

  • Previous experience working in a digital health technology company and/or working on government capture teams a plus 

Base pay for US is $90,000 – $105,000, depending on qualifications.
