Johnson Control Security Products is a division of Johnson Controls International, a worldwide leader building automation, fire detection, suppression systems and electronic security solutions. We design, manufacture, and distribute thousands of products ranging from personal protective equipment, video management solution, our leading line of access control panels, intrusion security and anti-theft and supply chain solutions.
What You Will Do:
In this role you will provide:
Sales Leadership for Exacq, Kantech and Illustra product brands within the assigned Southeast Region of the U.S. (N. Carolina, S. Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama and Florida).
Management of the business – Meet or exceed assigned quotas
Sales ownership of key accounts (Distributors and integrator partners)
How You Will Do It:
Provide timely and accurate information relative to business performance and market conditions: eg. Forecasting, Business Plans/Sales Strategy, Periodic Business Reviews, weekly reports, product demonstrations and utilization of Salesforce.com as a CRM
What We Look For:
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in security industry, with proven record of success
Bachelor Degree
Travel 50% of the time. 70% first 4-6 month of employment
Good understanding of the security industry, selling software solutions, good knowledge on access control, video platforms and IP cameras
Good management skills and strong personality
Experience conducting customer presentations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
NOTE: This is a virtual/remote position covering our Southeast region (Alabama, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee). Candidates must live within the region.
