What We Do
The HRIS Functional Support Analyst provides Tier-2 and higher application support across several modules in Workday for a global organization. The successful candidate will need to be knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and willing to take full ownership of issues that arise, ensuring issues are resolved from start to finish, in a timely manner.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide application support such as triage incidents, research application bugs, respond to customer escalations, recreate scenarios and document findings, create user documentation and guides for new features and/or changes
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform and document root cause analysis, and implement possible solutions to their full resolution (either independently or by leveraging cross-functional internal resources)
  • Update business process steps and/or condition rules, research and apply break fixes
  • Provide common support for, but not limited to: Reassign Tasks, Document Distribution, Location Setup, Assign Establishments, Alerts & Notifications, Audits, Position Management, etc.
  • Research and prepare mass uploads (EIBs) for various application data changes for application areas assigned; troubleshoots data-related issues
  • Engage with our HRIS functional and technical teams about issues with our application platform and/or enhancement requests
  • Participate in testing efforts for new implementations as assigned
  • Become familiar with the organization's operational processes and how they interact and leverage applications

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years in a Workday Administrator role, with experience in any of the following Workday modules: HCM, Time & Absence, Payroll, Recruiting, Learning, Benefits, Help, etc.
  • Exposure to Workday configurations and integrations (e.g., EIBs, Report Writer, Calculated Fields)
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Advanced Excel - including manipulation of large data sets that require vlookups and pivot tables, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong customer-service orientation; demonstrated ability to work well and collaborate with all levels of the organization
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to present findings and translate data into an understandable document; must be able to write and speak clearly, easily communicating complex ideas
  • Ability to remain highly focused with strong attention to detail and follow-up

Pay Range: $72,125 - $96,125 Annually

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.  Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
