Job Summary:

The Seattle-Tacoma International Airport’s Operations Manager is primarily responsible for all functions and upkeep of the airport advertising program on-site. Operations Managers work daily at the airport and directly with our Regional Operations Managers, Market Managers, Account Executives, and advertising clients for sales and with Airport Management staff to implement and maintain our unique sales opportunities and inventory. They play a key role in the success of the business in planning and execution of airport operations and continued revenue generation.

                                                                                                    

Job Responsibilities

Overall management of advertising program assets, operations, and in-field personnel (if applicable) at the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA)

  • All work is performed on site at the airports
  • Act as front line of operations for our airport contract in providing the highest level of service, urgency and communication to our airport partners, sales Account Executives, and external clients
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with Airport Management and facilities staff
  • Oversee all ad program inventory within the airport and maintain to ‘like new’ condition while adhering to company operational Standards of Excellence
  • Troubleshoot and deploy plan of action to repair or replace printed or digital inventory as needed and, in a manner, to preserve maximum up-time
  • Monitor CCA digital advertising networks as it relates to uploaded client content for digital campaigns through the CCA digital content management system
  • Manage and coordinate 3rd party service/maintenance and tech support contractor(s) for access in troubleshooting of printed and digital network inventory
  • Perform weekly market program audits of all advertising display inventory to ensure functionality and cleanliness 
  • Provide Proof of Posting photographs of client campaigns in accordance with company POP Policy and Industry standards
  • Work with Regional Operations Manager to create and manage capital investment budget for revenue generating resources and ongoing operational expenses

Job Qualifications:

Education and Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.

Work Experience

  • 3+ years of related experience with increasing levels of responsibility preferred

Skills

  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret verbal and written requests and directions 
  • Must have ability to learn and use company and customer system(s)
  • Ability to understand and troubleshoot basic digital components
  • Ability to read and comprehend engineering blueprints
  • Clear understanding of general building codes and permitting procedures
  • Good computer skills including Microsoft Office Word and Excel
  • Digital signage, A/V equipment, and/or electronics background preferred

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to lift, pull, push and position ladders, material and equipment, occasionally more than 50 pounds. Employee is required to climb ladders and/or stairs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
  • This job is generally performed in a temperature-controlled airport environment.  The requirements of the job include occasional exposure to dust and fumes.  Duties are occasionally performed evening or late-night hours. 

Other Requirements

  • 10-year FBI Background check required for airport security badging process

Washington Salary Range: $70,000 to $93,000
