Key responsabilities:
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or ticket.
- Resolve issues related to infrastructure technologies including Network and Unified Communications.
- Monitor active events and ensure SLAs for ticket resolutions.
- Write knowledge base articles for operations team and customers.
- Participate in planning and engineering services to enhance client infrastructure.
