B.S. or M.S degree in CS, MIS or equivalent discipline, 6+ years of experience in Technical Support or similar function, Strong knowledge of RDBMS and SQL, Experience troubleshooting database connectivity issues, Good understanding of cloud service provider ecosystems.
Key responsabilities:
- Provide technical support to customers
- Drive solutions to complex problems
- Document solutions for knowledge base
- Participate in incident management and on-call rotation
- Partner with engineering for customer request prioritization
