This includes fostering interest in shared missions that result in new shared programs and opportunities that advance the Hillel movement's mission and vision. • Represent Hillel International at events, meetings, and gatherings and serve as a voice for Hillel International when collaborating with external partners.
  • Partner with content area leaders at Hillel International to advance partnerships for the movement.
  • Lead the strategy, research, and planning efforts to bring new partnership opportunities to the movement in support of our goals and initiatives.
  • Position the CEO, Chief External Affairs Officer, and other Hillel leaders for meetings with key partners, including preparing needed materials in collaboration with the philanthropy, marketing, and communications teams.
  • Establish and lead a “convener strategy” to actively engage key partner organizations and develop a strategy to elevate Hillel’s presence externally at key partner convenings and gatherings. In this capacity, you will sometimes lead and other times support.
  • Develop a cohesive approach to partnership communications that includes a regular cadence and messaging in collaboration with the Philanthropy and Communications teams.
  • Serve as a central triage point for inbound questions and opportunities, ensuring the right programmatic and campus partners are engaged in decision-making and key outputs.
  • Ensure regular communication with campus Hillels to ensure they are aware of partner strategies as they intersect locally and with partners to understand the campus best.

What you’ll bring:

  • Minimum of 10 years of professional work experience.
  • At least 5 years of partnership work as a central function of your job.
  • A deep understanding of Jewish values, traditions, and culture.
  • Experience successfully navigating the global Jewish ecosystem and associated government agencies.
  • Proven ability to cultivate and sustain strong relationships, collaborate, influence, and impact outcomes.

What you’ll get out of it:
