Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the creative team to craft innovative and captivating content, including ad copy, visuals, and videos that resonate with our target audiences on platforms like Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Take the lead in executing and managing paid social media campaigns, ensuring maximum performance, traffic generation, and conversion rates across diverse channels.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of campaign performance metrics to identify trends, gather insights, and discover opportunities for improvement.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the creative team to design compelling ad content and visuals that truly engage our audience.
  • Set up and oversee effective tracking systems to measure campaign success, providing valuable guidance for strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our marketing goals are perfectly aligned with the overarching business objectives.
  • Stay ahead of the game by monitoring industry trends and proactively adjusting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Deliver regular performance updates and insightful reports to stakeholders to keep everyone informed.
  • Develop a deep understanding of target demographics and customer behavior to tailor campaigns effectively.
  • Stay updated on the latest advertising regulations and best practices across platforms to guarantee compliance at all times.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

    • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in performance marketing, particularly in paid social media.
    • Proven track record of managing and optimizing successful paid social media campaigns.
    • Expertise in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager) to drive data-informed decision-making.
    • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
    • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Familiarity with the dental, healthtech, or clear aligner sector is a plus.
