As a Outreach Specialist, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients through outbound calls. Your goal will be to introduce our services, build rapport, and schedule appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services and identify their needs.
• Build relationships with potential clients by effectively communicating Teem's value proposition.
• Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and keep them informed about our offerings.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence.
• Experience in outbound sales or lead generation is preferred.
• Call center experience is required.
• Sales experience is required.
• Ability to handle high call volume.
• Ability to engage potential clients and handle objections professionally.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and an aptitude for technology.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Availability to work flexible hours based on business needs.
