We're actively seeking a detail-oriented and driven Amazon Catalog Buildout Specialist to join our team. Imagine yourself in a role where you'll meticulously curate and optimize product listings, leveraging a deep understanding of Amazon's catalog upload processes, template details, and listing creation on Seller Central. This role demands a high level of expertise in managing and optimizing product listings to enhance visibility and sales performance on Amazon, directly contributing to the success of our offerings on the platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize Amazon upload spreadsheets, focusing on data accuracy and optimization, including advanced capabilities in bulk listing uploads.
  • Create and manage comprehensive product listings on Amazon Seller Central, including variations, bundle listings, and bulk uploads, focusing on maximizing product visibility and sales performance.
  • Stay abreast of Amazon's policies, template changes, and new features to ensure compliance with best practices in catalog management and leverage advanced tools for listing optimization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve listing issues through Amazon case management, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficient operation across projects.

In The First 30 Days:

  • Understand the company's catalog management processes and tools.
  • Familiarize yourself with existing Amazon upload spreadsheets and begin optimizing them for improved data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Complete training on Amazon Seller Central operations and bulk listing capabilities.

In The Next 30 Days:

  • Demonstrate proficiency in creating and managing product listings on Amazon Seller Central.
  • Implement strategies to maximize product visibility and sales performance, including variations and bundle listings.
  • Begin monitoring listing performance and identify areas for improvement.

In The Next 30 Days:

  • Proactively stay updated with Amazon's policies, template changes, and new features.
  • Utilize advanced tools and techniques for listing optimization to enhance product visibility and sales performance.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to implement new strategies and processes for catalog management.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience in Amazon catalog management, including upload processes, Seller Central operations, and bulk listing capabilities.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
