SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President, Medicare Sales to lead our strategic initiatives in the rapidly evolving Medicare marketplace. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that drives growth, enhances member engagement, and solidifies our position as a leader in the Medicare Fitness & Wellness space. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Medicare landscape, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of building high-performing sales teams. Please Note: This is a fully remote position. Candidate can reside in any state within the USA.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Will utilize industry contacts and relationship to gain new business opportunities
- Manage the sales process in order to meet or exceed quarterly and annual company sales goals.
- Ability to negotiate complex contracts in large regional and national accounts.
- Understand business prospect’s challenges and articulate how they align with FitOn Health’s products and services.
- Proven history of building strategic relationships, selling and closing complex deals.
- Foster relationships with senior health plan executives
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of demonstrated, proven success in a senior Medicare Advantage sales role.
- Experience and understanding of the healthcare, value-based reimbursement, and Medicare payer lines of business.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding growth targets
- History of executing complex deals throughout the healthcare marketplace for a range of clients
- Excellent communications skills (written and verbal) with an emphasis in successful sales pitches and public presentations to larger audiences
- Ability to work professionally with sensitive, proprietary data and information while maintaining confidentiality.

At FitOn Health, We are committed to fair, equitable, and competitive compensation. The base salary for this position is $180,000-$200,000. This is a commission eligible position. During the interview process, total compensation will be determined in alignment with market data, and the experience & capabilities of each candidate.
