General Responsibilities

  • Audit and upload data for moderately (or greater) complex new customer website implementations or on an ongoing basis for existing customers.
  • Create and configure new and existing EDI files for moderately (or greater) complex customer websites (using third party software), following established SOPs and best practices.
  • Primarily responsible with final testing and auditing of own work and others, Analyst, and Senior Analyst configured EDI of low to moderate complexity software to ensure proper functioning, with oversight.
  • Strong ability to interpret and follow SOPs, and assist with providing guidance on the development of SOPs, and provide SOP process improvement considerations for primary platform.
  • Build courteous and successful relationships with customers, vendors and carriers to improve customer retention.
  • Provide direct and indirect (through teammate development) daily support to assigned customers and/or customers as directed
  • Maintains working knowledge of health and benefits products, services and tools in order to appropriately configure and test software tools.
  • Promote teamwork, support, knowledge sharing and a positive attitude in the department and office.
  • Promote a commitment to achieve or exceed internal and external performance standards both individually and through teammates.
  • Accountable for individual quality assurance on low to moderate complexity EDI builds.
  • Anticipates and responds to customer support questions as assigned and working directly with customers.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 2-5 years of applicable software implementation experience
  • Ability to readily learn and apply new information/concepts.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Experience working with personal computer database applications
  • Exceptional telephone demeanor, professional approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2- 4 years of experience in an office environment, preferably in the insurance, human resources, or financial sectors
  • 1-2 years of experience with employee data file manipulation and EDI file development

Pay Range

25 - 27 Hourly
