Key responsabilities:
- Consults with customers on critical incident response best practices
- Triages and coordinates time sensitive requests using network providers
- Responds to after-hours requests on a rotating basis
- Follows up on service requests for customer satisfaction
- Maintains documentation of all service requests and dispositions
