Job Summary

This position is responsible for coordinating US based critical incident response requests due to critical or significant events at the workplace affecting site employee’s productivity and/or level of functioning.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Consults with customers regarding best practices for critical incident response.
  • Triages and coordinates time sensitive requests utilizing network providers.
  • Responds to after-hours requests on rotating basis by being on-call for 1 week, approximately every 5 weeks.
  • Follows-up with customer on all service requests to ensure service satisfaction.
  • Maintains documentation for all service requests and their disposition.
  • Submits providers’ invoice for services to Accounting in a timely fashion.
  • Other duties as assigned.
