We are seeking an accomplished Mortgage Advisor to become an integral part of our esteemed organization. In this pivotal role, you will empower clients by meticulously analyzing their financial circumstances and offering customized financing alternatives. This position requires a commitment of at least two days per week in our Las Vegas, NV office.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise and instruct borrowers on their financial situations while presenting appropriate financing scenarios.
• Assist clients throughout the loan application journey to ensure a seamless and stress-free experience.
• Diligently manage loan applications and accompanying documentation.
• Cultivate and maintain referral networks to connect with prospective loan clients.
• An established network of realtors will be considered a significant advantage.
  
  

Required Skills

• Possession of a valid NMLS License.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience within the mortgage sector.
• A well-established network of clients and realtors is highly regarded.
• Proficient understanding of financial systems and lending practices.
• Strong relationship-building capabilities with clients, real estate agents, and builders.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in both English and Spanish being a plus.
