Key Responsibilities

  • Administer a pipeline of approximately 55-65 mortgage applications, ensuring thorough follow-up through to closing.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and supporting them throughout their loan processes.
  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of financial documentation to ensure effective communication with clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in a high-energy environment, fostering a supportive and friendly culture.
  • Efficiently prioritize tasks to meet deadlines while sustaining productivity.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, emphasizing professional grammar and a positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational capabilities and adept pipeline management skills.
  • Proficiency in PC applications, with mortgage software experience being advantageous.
  • Bilingual skills are a valuable asset.

Qualifications

  • At least two years of recent experience in processing home equity or mortgage loan applications within a retail banking context.
  • Proven ability to discern customer needs and confidently secure their business.
  • Preference for candidates with prior experience guiding loan applications from origination to closing.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
