Job Overview

We invite you to become a vital member of our dedicated team as a Member Service Advisor. In this remote role, you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional service and tailored financial solutions to our esteemed members. This position uniquely blends the functions of a traditional Member Service Representative and Loan Officer, allowing you to interact with members through various channels including phone, text, chat, and drive-thru.

Key Responsibilities

As a Member Service Advisor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Cultivating strong relationships with members and providing customized financial solutions.
• Assisting members with their financial planning, budgeting, and product recommendations.
• Completing membership and loan applications while meeting production targets.
• Addressing member inquiries and resolving account-related issues.
• Facilitating transactions such as transfers, loan payments, deposits, and disputes.
• Educating members about our mobile and remote service offerings.
• Conducting outbound calls to follow up on inquiries and present solutions.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of two years of experience in customer service or sales.
• Preferred: Experience in a call center environment, handling loan applications, or working in retail banking.
