  • Direct the site selection and predevelopment phases, conducting market research, financial analysis, and environmental assessments.
  • Successfully secure financing and manage funding applications, ensuring compliance with pertinent regulations.
  • Cultivate and sustain partnerships with financial institutions, government representatives, and community stakeholders.
  • Oversee the engagement of essential professionals and manage the design and construction processes.
  • Supervise project advancement, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and timelines during the draw process.
  • Guarantee compliance with applicable regulations and oversee the Quality Assurance Program.
  • Conduct property assessments and monitor building conditions and capital improvement strategies.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, coupled with strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
  • Comprehensive understanding of New Jersey’s affordable housing regulations and financing mechanisms.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and manage multiple projects proficiently.
  • Must possess a valid NJ driver's license and access to an insured vehicle for local travel.
