Join our esteemed organization as a Senior ServiceNow Functional Consultant, where you will be instrumental in the design and execution of pioneering IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions. Your extensive expertise will facilitate the architecture, development, and maintenance of a comprehensive ServiceNow CMDB, pivotal for enhancing our ITSM processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement ITAM solutions that align with established industry standards.
• Create and sustain a ServiceNow CMDB, ensuring data accuracy and supporting essential ITSM operations.
• Develop and execute integrations between the ServiceNow CMDB, asset management tools, vulnerability scanners, and discovery solutions.
• Showcase hands-on proficiency in implementing CMDB, CSDM, SAM, and Service Catalogs within the ServiceNow platform.
• Streamline CI data updates utilizing automated processes, discovery tools, and external data source integrations.
• Lead the strategic planning, design, and deployment of ServiceNow Discovery solutions.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of data modeling techniques to enhance operational efficiency.
• Utilize integration expertise to connect Discovery with ServiceNow CMDB and other systems.
• Demonstrate a successful track record in delivering ServiceNow implementations.
  
  

Required Skills

• Over 5 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience within the IT sector.
• Profound understanding of ServiceNow best practices and current features.
• In-depth knowledge of data modeling methodologies.
• Proven experience in integrating Discovery with ServiceNow CMDB and other relevant systems.
  
  

Qualifications

• Certified System Administrator.
• Certifications in CIS-ITSM, CIS-Discovery, CIS-HAM are preferred.
• ITIL4 Foundations certification is an advantage.
• A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
