We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Solutions Architect - Oracle Data & Analytics - Manager to join our esteemed consulting team. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in guiding clients through transformative data initiatives, optimizing Oracle’s data solutions to enhance operational efficiency, reduce expenses, and elevate customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead Data and Analytics Projects: Direct the creation and implementation of comprehensive data strategies, encompassing governance, management, and analytics solutions.
• Team Leadership: Oversee a talented and diverse group of onshore and offshore professionals, including business analysts, data analysts, solution architects, and developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and creativity.
• Client Engagement: Partner closely with clients to ascertain their needs, assess data flows, and devise tailored solutions that resolve their distinct business challenges.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with subject matter experts and client teams to develop and execute robust data architectures, analytics solutions, and governance frameworks.
• Technology Assessment: Analyze and recommend appropriate technological solutions to facilitate business enhancements.
• Project Management: Manage project timelines, risks, and issues, ensuring successful execution by effectively coordinating resources, budgets, and client expectations.
• Communication: Distill complex concepts and convey essential messages clearly to stakeholders while upholding high ethical standards.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proven track record in leading data-centric engagements and teams, with experience in technologies such as Oracle OFSAA, Oracle ADW, Oracle FAW, Power BI, Amazon AWS, and Microsoft Azure.
• Substantial expertise in data architecture, financial systems, and cloud-based data solutions, with a preference for experience in agile data modeling techniques.
• Exceptional leadership abilities to mentor and develop team members, creating an environment of trust and collaboration.
  
  

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree is required.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in managing data strategy, governance, and solution implementation projects is essential.

Compensation And Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from \(100,000 to \)232,000, with the possibility of annual discretionary bonuses. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), holiday pay, vacation, and more.
