Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to join our Oracle Data and Analytics team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for professionals passionate about utilizing enterprise technology to drive client success through data-driven solutions and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Data and Analytics Projects: Spearhead the creation and implementation of data strategies, ensuring effective data governance and management.
- Team Leadership: Direct a team of skilled onshore and offshore professionals, including business analysts, data analysts, solution architects, and developers. Create a collaborative atmosphere that promotes innovation and professional development.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to thoroughly understand their unique business challenges, analyze data flows, and design tailored solutions.
- Solution Design: Construct and execute robust data architecture and analytics solutions, working in tandem with subject matter experts and client teams.
- Technology Assessment: Conduct evaluations and make recommendations for technology and data solutions that enhance business performance.
- Project Management: Supervise project timelines, identify risks, and address issues to ensure successful delivery while managing resources, budgets, and client expectations.
- Communication: Clearly articulate complex concepts and convey critical messages to stakeholders, maintaining high ethical standards in business conduct.
Required Skills
- Proven experience leading data-centric projects and managing teams.
- Proficiency in tools such as Oracle OFSAA, Oracle ADW, Oracle FAW, Power BI, Amazon AWS, and Microsoft Azure.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, financial systems, and cloud-based data solutions.
- Familiarity with agile data modeling techniques is advantageous.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree is required.
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in managing data strategy, governance, and solution implementation projects.

Compensation And Benefits
